Guarantee starts upon delivery of items and by ordering you are agreeing to these terms of service.

We are confident that we are using high quality materials and components and so offer 10 years guarantee for all of our items.

This guarantee covers faults and failings arising solely from defects of materials from specification or manufacturing workmanship.We reserve the right to, at our discretion fix or replace any faulty materials or workmanship. It excludes fair wear and tear, incorrect or negligent usage. Damage resulting from accidents or from usage such as but not inclusive of scratches, scuffs, dents and marks.

Paint colour may vary slightly from the samples. Painted furniture may show roller marks or brush strokes, these are the result of human application and not classed as a defect but should be of a good standard. Painted surfaces may crack due to its environment and these cracks may be repaired on a case by case basis.

 

Wood is a natural product and so will have natural defects such as knots and hairline cracks, we will do our best to avoid using timber with these defects but this cannot be guaranteed. Timber grain, colour, tone or texture may vary from the samples you receive. Movement in timber is normal and is due to its environment, changes in seasons can result in the shrinking or expanding of the timber.
